VOICES FROM THE WORKSHOP

Why design products at all? What's the point of inventing something new? Piles of wild features, all gathering dust. In Omer's workshop I practiced the basic questions again, from scratch, with the help of AI, on a real and challenging product, and I went back to my client with fresh insights about what the value of their product really is.

Omer puts his finger exactly on the biggest challenge today: how to create real added value for users, instead of just churning out outputs that are easy to generate at the click of a button. An excellent tool for any team that wants to stay relevant. Highly recommended.

Omer takes a familiar topic and connects it to the AI era at exactly the right moment. While everyone is building fast and letting AI make strategic decisions on our behalf, Omer shows us how to take responsibility back into our own hands, own the strategy intelligently, and focus on what to build, not just how fast.

Anyone building a product or service in the AI era should take this workshop. Three or four hours that are worth weeks of wasted work.

As a freelancer who works with businesses and often isn't sure whether there's real value in the business, Omer's course gave me tools to see in a moment whether it's worth taking the risk on my next client, and where it's worth improving my own business.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You had a good idea. And still, it didn't catch on.

You build. You launch. And you get silence. Or worse: everyone said they loved it, but when the moment came to pay, no one was there.

The problem was almost never the ability to build. It was guessing instead of knowing what people actually want. And in the AI era, when teams are small and everyone builds fast, a wrong guess costs more than ever.

VALUE IMPOSTERS

Most people are sure they understand value. They're wrong.

The most expensive mistake isn't a bad feature. It's being sure you understand value, when you really don't.

Many people think value is what the product does. It isn't. Without seeing it inside the customer's life, you're selling a value imposter: something that looks exactly like value, feels like value, and yet no one truly wants it.

In the workshop we'll learn to spot these imposters on your map, and replace them with real value people are willing to pay for.

Value is measured in the customer's life, not on your screen.

THERE'S ANOTHER WAY

The moment you see value in the right place, everything changes.

You stop guessing. You design against what people actually need, test your riskiest assumption cheaply and fast, and walk into the room with confidence instead of hope.

And it isn't a talent you're born with. It's a method, and you can learn it. That's exactly what we'll practice together in the workshop.

WHAT YOU TAKE FROM THE WORKSHOP

Six capabilities that stay with you on every project from here on.

01

Map the customer's real jobs, pains, and gains, including the ones they never tell you about.

02

Craft a value proposition that connects to a real pain, not a feature that's easy to fall in love with.

03

Identify your riskiest assumption, and test it cheaply before you build.

04

Tell the difference between what people say and what they actually do.

05

Use AI as a tool that accelerates discovery, not as a replacement for your own thinking.

06

Understand why, in the AI era, value stays with the human, and what that means for what's worth building.

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR

For anyone who's tired of guessing.

01

Founders

Who have to decide what to build, and can't afford to bet on the wrong thing.

02

Product people

Who want to build the right thing, not just ship one more feature to hit a deadline.

03

Designers who build

Who are tired of designing only screens, and want to design the value itself.

WHAT YOU GET

Not a lecture. A working session on your real thing.

01

Live exercises

You don't watch, you do. Every step is practiced in real time, with close guidance.

02

Tools and worksheets

That stay with you, so you can return to them again and again on every project that follows.

03

Your real project

You work on your own idea or product, not on some theoretical case study.

04

A complete value map

You leave with it articulated and clear, ready to take out and test with real people.

05

An AI prompt kit

That keeps working for you long after the workshop ends.

06

A live, focused session

A full, continuous day of real work on your idea, not a lecture running in the background.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm still at the idea stage, is this for me?

That's exactly when it matters most. The workshop is built to help you choose the right thing to build, before you pour months into it. The earlier you start, the more you save.

Do I need prior knowledge of design or methodology?

No. Come with a real project or idea you care about, and that's enough. We'll build the method together, step by step.

What exactly do I take home from it?

A complete value map articulated for your own project, an organized list of the assumptions worth testing, and an AI prompt kit that keeps working for you afterward too.

Why AI, and why now?

Because teams are shrinking and AI is taking on more and more of the work. What's left for us is the most important part: deciding what's even worth building. That's a skill that doesn't go out of date, and in the workshop we'll learn to do it alongside AI.

The date doesn't work for me.

I run new cohorts regularly. Leave your email (grabbing the free guide above works too) and you'll be the first to know the moment a new session opens.
