What's worth knowing before you register

Here's everything important to know about the workshop: how registration works, the cancellation policy, what's included, and how we protect your details. Registering for the workshop constitutes agreement to the terms on this page.
01 Who's behind the workshop
The workshop is led by Omer Frank, under the Juicy Patterns brand. For any question, you're welcome to reach us by email at omer@juicypatterns.com, and we'll be glad to help.
02 What the workshop includes
A full-day online workshop on designing your value proposition in the AI era. The session takes place on Zoom, in a group, on the date published on the registration page (next session: Tuesday, 4 August, 9:30–16:00). The workshop is conducted in Hebrew.
The workshop includes live practice on your own project, worksheets, and an AI prompt kit that stay with you after it ends.
03 Registration and payment
Registration is done through the registration and payment link on the homepage. A place in the workshop is reserved only after payment is completed, and the number of seats is limited. Registration closes when seats fill up or when the workshop begins, whichever comes first.
Price: ₪1,600 + VAT.
The Zoom link will be sent to the email address you registered with, before the session date.
04 Cancellation by participants
Our cancellation policy is simple:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop date: full refund.
- Cancellation within the 7 days before the workshop: no refund, but you'll receive a full credit toward a future session of the workshop.
In addition, you retain the cancellation rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law and its regulations for a distance-selling transaction: you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of making it, provided the cancellation is made at least two days, not counting rest days, before the workshop date. In such a case the payment will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower. To cancel, contact us by email.
05 Changes or cancellation on our side
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the workshop, for example due to unforeseen circumstances or if not enough participants register. In such a case we'll notify you in advance, and you'll be able to choose between a full refund and moving to the next session, as you prefer.
06 Recording the session
The session may be recorded for internal purposes and to improve the workshop only. The recording is not distributed to participants and is not published, and participation in the workshop constitutes consent to this.
On the participants' side, you may not record the session, take screen recordings, film, or document it in any other way, without prior written approval.
07 Intellectual property
All workshop materials, including the presentations, worksheets, prompt kit, and method, are the property of Omer Frank / Juicy Patterns and are intended for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or make commercial use of them without prior written approval.
08 Privacy and personal information
To reserve your place and keep you updated, we collect the email address and details you provide at registration. We use them only to communicate with you about the workshop and future sessions. We do not sell or transfer your details to any third party for marketing purposes.
You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, via the link at the bottom of every email we send.
09 About results
The workshop is a learning and practice process. We give you a method and tools to work with, but the results also depend on you and your specific circumstances, so we don't guarantee any particular business outcome.

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and jurisdiction over any matter concerning them lies with the competent courts in Israel.
