TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

What's worth knowing before you register

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Here's everything important to know about the Design Sprint with Claude workshop: how registration works, what the two sessions include and what they don't, what you need before day one, the cancellation policy, and how we protect your details. Registering for the workshop constitutes agreement to the terms on this page.

01 Who's behind the workshop

The workshop is led by Omer Frank, under the Juicy Patterns brand. The business behind the brand is Omer Frank, business registration number 049801236, and that is the party you contract with. For any question, you're welcome to reach us by email at omer@juicypatterns.com, and we'll be glad to help.

02 What the workshop includes, and what it doesn't

Design Sprint with Claude is an online workshop in two sessions, a week apart, for people who run a small service business and want to design an app for it. The sessions take place on Zoom, in a group, on the dates and hours published on the dates page of the site. Next cohort: Wednesdays 14 and 21 October 2026, 09:30 to 14:30 each session. The workshop is conducted in Hebrew.

Day one is the research, in Claude Code with your team of agents: the plan, the research criteria, the opportunities, the guide for your conversations, the user and product map, and the solutions. Each is made by Claude Code, and you review and approve it. Between the sessions you hold three real conversations, with your team or your clients. Day two is the design. Claude Code designs the app from what you heard: what it does, the screens, the flows and the order to build in. You leave with the design of your app, ready to build, the research and map, ready for the next round, your team of agents, set up in your own Claude Code, and a method for the next tool.

The workshop is about research and design. It does not include building the app, and it does not cover domains, email, hosting or putting the app online. Building it is the next step: at home, with Claude Code, or with anyone you choose.

Before the first session we email you the short prep videos; with them you install Claude Code, set up your folders and create your team of agents. The setup takes about an hour or two, at home. You come to the first session with a paid Claude plan (Pro is enough), Claude Code installed on your computer, and your folders and team of agents ready. The Claude subscription is bought by you directly from Anthropic and is not included in the workshop price.

03 Registration and payment

Registration is done through the dates page on the site, which the workshop page links to. A place in the workshop is reserved only after payment is completed, and the number of seats is limited. Registration closes when seats fill up or when the first session begins, whichever comes first.

Price: ₪2,900 + VAT, for both sessions.

The personal Zoom links for both sessions will be sent to the email address you registered with, before the first session.

04 Cancellation by participants

Our cancellation policy is simple:

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before the first session: full refund.
  • Cancellation within the 7 days before the first session: no refund, but you'll receive a full credit toward a future cohort of the workshop.
  • Once the first session begins, the workshop is under way: the registration can no longer be cancelled, and no refund or credit is given, including for the second session.

In addition, you retain the cancellation rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law and its regulations for a distance-selling transaction: you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of making it, provided the cancellation is made at least two days, not counting rest days, before the first session. In such a case the payment will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower. To cancel, contact us by email.

05 Changes or cancellation on our side

We reserve the right to postpone the workshop or one of its two sessions, or to cancel it, for example due to unforeseen circumstances or if not enough participants register. In such a case we'll notify you in advance, and you'll be able to choose between a full refund and moving to the next cohort.

06 Recording the sessions

The sessions may be recorded for internal purposes and to improve the workshop only. The recordings are not distributed to participants and are not published, and participation in the workshop constitutes consent to this.

On the participants' side, you may not record the sessions, take screen recordings, film, or document them in any other way, without prior written approval.

07 Intellectual property

All workshop materials, including the presentations, the prep videos, the team of agents, the research kit, the templates and the method, are the property of Omer Frank / Juicy Patterns and are intended for your use in your own business only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or make commercial use of them without prior written approval.

What you create in the workshop for your own business is yours: the research, the map and the design of your app.

08 Privacy and personal information

To reserve your place and keep you updated, we collect the email address and details you provide at registration. We use them only to communicate with you about the workshop and future cohorts. We do not sell or transfer your details to any third party for marketing purposes.

You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, via the link at the bottom of every email we send.

09 About results

The workshop is a learning and practice process. We give you a method, tools and a team of agents to work with, but the results also depend on you, on the conversations you hold between the sessions and on your specific circumstances, so we don't guarantee any particular business outcome. The workshop ends with the design of your app. Building it, and how the app works in your business once it is built, are no longer part of the workshop, and we make no commitment about them. The design and the other outputs are made with AI tools, and you review and approve them step by step. We don't guarantee that they are accurate or complete, and checking them before you build is your responsibility.
