01 Who we are

Juicy Patterns is Omer Frank's brand (an osek, business no. 049801236). Omer is responsible for the data collected on this site, and he is the one to ask about it.

02 What we collect, and why

When you sign up for the newsletter

• Your email address, and your first name if you gave it.
• The page you signed up on, and in which language.
• When you signed up, and when you clicked the confirmation link in our email.

Why: to send you the newsletter (new videos and posts, sometimes offers for paid courses and workshops), and to keep a record that you asked for it. We don't measure opens or clicks.

When you buy or register for an event

• Name, email and phone, plus a business number if you asked for an invoice in a business's name.
• When you accepted the terms, from which IP address, and which version of them.
• Your card details are typed straight into the payment page of Morning (Green Invoice), and the payment is processed by Grow. The full card number never reaches us, only its last four digits.

Why: to give you what you bought, issue the invoice, and keep you posted about it and about the next cohorts and events, as each product's terms say. You can take yourself off those emails at any time.

When you browse the site

• The site counts visits with Umami: which page, where you came from, country, region and city, device, operating system, browser, browser language and screen size. No cookies, and Umami does not keep your IP address.
• Your browser remembers a few preferences: language, accessibility settings and where you stopped in checkout. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Your IP address is logged by the server, to protect the site from abuse.

When you write to us

What you send us by email stays in our mailbox so we can answer.

No law requires you to give us any details, and the choice is yours. Without an email address, though, we can't send you what you asked for.

03 Where it is kept

Each of them uses the data only to provide its service to us. Some are outside Israel, so the data travels there too. The community platform (community.juicypatterns.com) keeps your profile there, under its own terms of use.

04 How long we keep it

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that only your email address stays, on a "do not send" list, so no marketing email reaches it again.
• A signup never confirmed by email: deleted after 30 days.
• Our old list: addresses not confirmed within 30 days of the consent request are deleted.
• Purchases and invoices: seven years, as tax law requires.
• Visit counts: each visit is recorded in Umami and kept for up to six months, with no IP address and no name.
• IP addresses in server logs: one day.

05 Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• see what data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it, except what tax law makes us keep;
• stop the newsletter, in one click from any email.

How to ask: write to omer@juicypatterns.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If we didn't handle your request properly, you can complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

If you are in the EU: the legal basis for the newsletter is your consent, for a purchase the contract, for the invoice tax law, and for site security and visit counts our legitimate interest. You can also turn to the data protection authority in your country.

06 Changes

If we change anything important, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
